Rink
Rats is simply hockey
fun and learning for pre-school children ages 3-5 years old. Our
emphasis is on learning to skate in hockey skates, learning
very basic hockey skills and fundamentals, and having
fun on the ice. Some equipment is required for class.

The
"Rink Rats" class is the next step after
students have successfully completed the "Mice on Ice"
Program.
All "Rink Rats" skaters must have the ability to stand on the ice, skate forward and stop on
their own.
Please note if your little skater has never been on ice and
can not perform the above skills with confidence then please
sign up for a session of our "Mice on Ice". "Mice on Ice" is
taught on the same week day and at the same time as our
"Rink Rats" program.
No
equipment is required for "Mice on Ice". However, your child
may wear a bike helmet if you like for safety.
"Rink Rats" is the
next step after "Mice on Ice" and is a wonderful skating
program for youth Ages 3-5 and teaches them the fundamentals
of hockey.
Program Includes:
Hockey skate rental
Free Stick
and Jersey
Introduction to basic hockey skills
Emphasis on fun while learning the introductory hockey
development

Helmet with cage
Shin Guards
Elbow Pads
Hockey Gloves
